1. What is the seating plan?


Both categories feature unreserved seating options based on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. When will I receive the E-ticket?


You will receive instant confirmation upon booking. For bookings much in advance of the show, you will receive your E-ticket in a separate email closer to the show date, on the same email which you provided at the time of booking. For bookings closer to the show date, you will receive the E-ticket along with the email confirmation. The E-ticket with the QR Code should be printed and carried to the venue for entry.

3. Are there provisions for buying food and beverages at the venue?


Yes, there are options for buying food and beverages in the hall.

4. What are the entry timings and concert timings?


The gates open at 6:00 PM and the show begins at 8 pm. There may be some opening acts before the main performance. However, these are tentative timings and BookMyShow will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays here.

5. How do I gain entry to the concert?


Please carry a clear printout of your E-ticket / Email containing the QR Code for entry. Entry will be given upon scanning the QR Code at the gate to validate the ticket. If you are producing the ticket on your mobile device, we advise you to make sure you have downloaded the ticket in advance and saved it, to avoid any network connectivity issues.

6. Is there parking at the venue?

7. Is it a free seated event?


Yes.

8. What are the age restrictions that apply?


Every attendee needs to have a valid ticket and there are no child tickets. Persons below 12 years’ age will need to be accompanied by an adult carrying a valid ticket. Alcohol will not be served to persons below the legal drinking age of 21. We advise patrons to carry an age proof to the venue.
