1. What is the seating plan?

You will receive your tickets with specific seat numbers.

2. When will I receive the E-ticket?

You will receive an instant confirmation upon booking. You will receive the E-ticket along with the email confirmation. The E-ticket with the QR Code should be printed and carried to the venue for entry.

3. Are there provisions for buying food and beverages at the venue?

Yes, there are dining options in the Opera. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the theater

4. What are the entry timings and concert timings?

The gates open at 7:30 PM and the show starts at 8:30 PM. There is a host & may be one opening act before the main performance. However, these are tentative timings and BookMyShow will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays here.

5. How do I gain entry to the concert?

Please carry a clear printout of your E-ticket / Email containing the QR Code for entry. Entry will be given upon scanning the QR Code at the gate to validate the ticket. If you are producing the ticket on your mobile device, we advise you to make sure you have downloaded the ticket in advance and saved it, to avoid any network connectivity issues.

6. Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, limited parking is available – free or paid depending on availability of free / paid parking slots. Attendees may also park at nearby authorized parking areas in Downtown Dubai.

7. For seated categories, is it a free seated event?

No. Seated category ticket holders will get specific seat numbers and will have to occupy only those seats that are assigned to you.

8. What are the age restrictions that apply?

All attendees need to be above 10 years’ age. The show is inappropriate for young audiences. Alcohol will not be served to persons below the legal drinking age of 21. We advise patrons to carry an age proof to the venue.
